Don't think i made any real progress in terms of size or cutting, but i'm definitely growing. 86kg on empty stomach today. Also, strength definitely increasing thanks to smolov, and 147.5 felt okay today (ass to grass, won't have it any other way). Well, will just focus on getting my body weight and strength up. Starting 5 3 1 for upper body tomorrow. Looking forward to less working sets for main lift, so more time for accessory stuff.
