Good day today. Was unfortunately (or fortunately) too spent to do intended core shit after the 20 reps, so did some curls and tricep stuff. Douchebag stuff, which always makes the session enjoyable haha. Not training tomorrow, gonna have a huge lunch, and maybe an even bigger dinner. ALL KINDS OF GAINS.
