Received results early in the morning. shit. couldn't get it out of my head during the session. yes, i'm a lil bish that way. 'redeemed' the session with the three sets with 60kg. Friend saw my earlier vids and suggested i try pressing without 'bouncing', or touching-and-going at the bottom, as a press from a dead-stop would (according to him) remove the muscle's elastic reaction OR SOME BROSCIENCE. Felt pretty tired after pressing, so i really died during the lat raises. When your delts feel like they no longer are a part of your body, DAT FEEL.
