K, so they shouldn't have, but the snatches sapped quite abit of energy out of me. i guess my cns isn't that peppered yet, or whatever broscience floats your boat. sneezed quite abit after squat sets, not a good sign, but dgaf, capped my saturday sundae (see what i did there? lol) with a cherry on top; 100x20. all atg pls. ain't nobody got time for quarter squats.

 then did some core shit cause i'm a fat fk. wondering if i should press tomorrow. don't want to waste a perfectly good holiday day. never gonna put heavy squats after snatches again. but yeah, snatches felt good.

one last thing. i can't really count my 'snatch' as a real 'snatch', they're more like power snatches or muscle snatches, don't know the difference, cause i don't squat down to catch the weight. just a slight dip.
