WHAT THE FLYING F. SO WEAK AT BENCH. SO WEAK. Really have a problem with my lockout.
Interestingly though, was stronger than usual at the supplementary work. Weird shit. I think i just haven't benched this heavy for reps before, so gotta get used to it. Maybe i should do more low rep heavy benching after another 5 3 1 cycle.
